Sol Haus sits in the quiet Sunnyside/Laguna Beach area of Panama City Beach — the relaxed, residential side of PCB. You get the gorgeous Emerald Coast waters without the crowded strip. The Gulf here is known for its sugar-white sand and some of the clearest, most brilliantly colored water in Florida. You're minutes from the world-famous 30A corridor — think charming beach towns, incredible restaurants, and boutique shopping.
No keys needed! Here's how the touchscreen lock works:
💡 Tip: If the keypad doesn't respond, try waking it first by pressing and holding any digit for 2 seconds. Your code is unique to your stay and will deactivate automatically at checkout time.
The Fornzo is a beautiful oven but has a non-intuitive two-knob setup. Here's exactly how to use it:
Turn the left knob to set your desired temperature. The dial will show heat levels from low to high.
Turn the right knob to select the cooking mode (bake, broil, convection, etc.). Both knobs must be turned — the oven will not heat with only one knob set.
Allow the oven a few minutes to reach temperature before placing food inside. You'll feel the heat rising from the top vent.
Return both knobs back to the off/zero position. Always confirm both are off before leaving the kitchen.
💡 Remember: Both knobs must be turned for the oven to work. If it's not heating, check that the right knob (function) is also turned to a cooking mode.
You're within easy walking distance of the Gulf of Mexico. Head out the front, follow Kelly Street toward the water, and you'll hit the public beach access. The Emerald Coast gets its name for a reason — expect crystal-clear, brilliantly green water and powder-soft white sand. Gulf-facing — so you get those legendary Florida sunsets from the water's edge.
Bikes are a fantastic way to cruise the neighborhood and down to the beach.
Golf carts are the quintessential PCB way to get around — and so much fun.
Sunnyside and Laguna Beach are golf cart friendly communities! You can cruise any side street and all the way down Beach Front Road to Pier Park for shopping, dining, entertainment, and the pier.
⚠️ Please note: Golf Carts (Low Speed Vehicles / LSVs) are not allowed on any road with a speed limit above 35mph. Unfortunately, you cannot take a golf cart to 30A as it requires traveling on Hwy 98 and over the bridge — take a car or rideshare for that trip!
